4½ Star Bed and Breakfast Accommodation, Franklin Tasmania.

Dinner can be served if sufficient notice is given.  Our meals are decided  according to what fresh produce is seasonally available and, of course, our guests personal likes and dislikes.  Some of our specialities are various soups and starters, chicken and mushroom pie, Atlantic salmon with lemon sauce, chicken breasts in an apple butter and cream sauce, beef in a wine sauce, walnut crusted lamb cutlets, pear tart, apple pie, raspberries and King Island cream, homemade ice creams, fruit and Tasmanian cheese platter.....  we have a range of Tasmanian wines for sale to compliment the meals and to finish off port and plunger coffee.

After dinner relax on our wide veranda and watch the river flow by or in our newly renovated guest lounge.
