Franklin Lodge

4½ Star Bed and Breakfast Accommodation, Franklin Tasmania.

Our rooms are all furnished to suit the style of the house, with modern day comforts such as TV's, electric blankets, Bar Fridges, clock radios etc. Complimentary port is served in the lounge room after dinner.

Breakfast is served in our dining room overlooking the herb garden, or in the summer months in the garden or on the front verandah overlooking the Franklin River.  Breakfast consists of a choice of cereals, fruit juice, fruit, yogurt, fruit compo, toast and croissants  served with Tasmanian butter and locally made jams.  Or if you would like a cooked breakfast: Bacon, eggs and/or what ever special is on for that day. Tea and plunger coffee is also offered.

Under the stairs in our guest lounge are biscuits and tea & coffee making facilities. Herbal & fruit teas as well as decaffeinated coffee are included.

Guest Lounge Room

Deluxe Spa Room

The Green Room is our Spa room, apart from the Blue room this is our most popular room. Fully ensuited room with Spa & Shower and Queen Size bed. Situated on the ground Floor facing the river and overlooking the garden. 

Deluxe Room

Last but not least the Deluxe Room overlooks the River on the first floor. Ensuited, with bath & Shower. Antique Double Bed in large room with sitting area, own tea and coffee making facilities, Ironing board etc.

Queen Room

Our Blue Room is one of two standard rooms situated on the ground floor. Fully ensuited with Queen Size Bed. Window Overlooks the back Garden. 

Three share Room

Available as a three share, this standard room is situated on the first floor and overlooks the back garden. Ensuited room with Double Size Bed and Single Bed.
